Employers should do everything they can to support the mental health of their employees. Huge strides have been made, both in awareness and action, and employers are increasingly taking an active role in supporting good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

However, the prevalence and impact of mental health issues are severe, and employers need to urgently ramp up the breadth and quality of support they are providing.

About the event

Findings and recommendations will be shared for employers from Business in the Community’s annual Mental Health at Work 2019 report, launched on 26 September, in partnership with Mercer Marsh Benefits and BITC’s (BITC) Wellbeing Leadership Team. This will be followed by a round-table discussion under Chatham House rules.


A three-course dinner will be provided.
